In this program, the Vietnamese Consulate in Fukuoka and Vietnam National University of Agriculture will give lectures on Vietnam's SDGs issues and research cooperation between Kyushu University and VNUA. PHC Activities in Different Countries and Challenges with the Portable Medical Sensors[ENG]
This session will demonstrate the results of a performance evaluation study to identify the best medical sensors for the PHC systems and thereby support each region to ensure the quality of their services. For this evaluation study, the Japanese clinical pathology laboratory test results have been considered the gold standard. This platform can be used to evaluate any sensors to be used in the Portable Health Clinic (PHC) systems and other telehealth services.

Agritourism in East Asian Countries[ENG]
Agritourism in Western countries is considered an additional source of income for farmers. However, its significance in East Asian countries like Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, where aging farmers are unable to sustain agriculture and young people are not interested in farming, is even greater. Against this backdrop, this seminar aims to discuss how Japan has developed agritourism and explore the potential challenges and opportunities for agritourism in the contexts of Korea and Mongolia.
